Order

How do I place an order?

Find your product: Navigate through the different categories by clicking on ‘all products’ or look for a specific product using the search function. When you have found your product, it is important to select the right size. In case of doubt, click on the sizing guide.

Confirm the selected product. You can choose to place the order as a ‘guest user’ or you can create your own account. When you choose to create an account, you will be able to place an order much quicker and easier next time. Fill in your e-mail address to receive the order confirmation. Next, choose your preferred method of payment and complete your address details.

Do you have a voucher? You can enter the voucher code on the last page. Once you return to the site, the order number will be shown. Your order has been placed and we will make sure your order gets delivered as quickly as possible.

Pre-orders

If you have ordered an item which is a pre-order, this means that this item is not yet in stock or that we don’t have the approval yet to send it. An expected delivery time is provided with these products, which indicates ‘the time we expect to send the respective product on stock. The delivery time can fluctuate during this process and therefore we cannot commit to this delivery date as a firm delivery date.

Have you received a wrong product?

In case you have received a wrong size or wrong product, we would like to be noticed as soon as possible so we can find a solution for you. Make sure that the returned goods are in the same condition as they were sent. In case the delivered goods do not correspond with the ordered goods, the return shipment will be at our expense.

Product damaged?

In case you have received a damaged product, we would like to be noticed as soon as possible so we can find a solution for you. Make sure that the returned goods are in the same condition as they were sent. In this case, notify us within 24 hours after reception of the goods by sending our customer service a picture of the damage via email including some clarification.

Can I change the size of a product in my order?

Only possible if the order has not been shipped yet and if the respective item is on stock. You can check the relevant page on the webstore whether we have the desired size on stock. Is your size on stock? Contact us so we can adjust your order.

Has your order already been shipped and/or did you receive an e-mail that your order has been prepared for shipment? Unfortunately, we cannot change your order anymore. After reception of your product(s), you can return the product(s) and place a new order. The return costs are in this case at your own expense.

Can I add products to my order?

Once you have confirmed and paid your order, it is not possible to add more products to your order. However, you can always place a new order. Do you have an account? Then you can log in to your account and easily place a new order.

How can I cancel my order?

In case you would like to cancel your order, we can do this for you as long as your order is not yet ready for shipment and/or has been shipped. Orders with personalized items cannot be cancelled anymore since the printing process starts immediately once the confirmation has been sent.
