Paying securely at KartalYuvasi.eu

When you settle your account at our website and you choose iDEAL - Credit card - PayPal - Mister Cash/Bancontact - Giropay or Sofort Banking as the desired payment method, you will be directly put through to the secured payment page of MultiSafepay or PayPal, so that you can make your online payment instantly and in full safety. If you choose for bank transfer, you can make a transfer yourself by using the order/invoice number that can be found in the order confirmation that you receive per e-mail. Whatever payment method you choose, you will always receive an electronic invoice with your order. Your chosen payment method will be mentioned on the invoice. 

KartalYuvasi.eu has no access to your bank and credit card data and all transactions are sent encoded and encrypted over the internet. For this purpose, MultiSafepay and PayPal make use of very advanced encryption technologies, so that your privacy is completely guaranteed.

Your data will be encrypted and therefore sent safely.  This means that your Credit Card data aren't accessible to KartalYuvasi.eu. Also, your data won't be saved on our website. 

Secure Credit Card payment via 3-D Secure

While placing an order, you might be asked to verify the payment with the 3D Secure (MasterCard) or Verified by Visa. 3-D Secure constitutes an extra step, which guarantees our safety and the safety of our customers. When your transaction has been approved, you will receive a message about this and your order (when in stock) will be shipped. In many cases the amount due will be automatically deducted from your account (for more information about this please refer to your credit card company). 

In case you decide to cancel completely or partially your order or to return it, you’ll receive your balance back on your credit card. You’ll receive an e-mail from us after we have given the reimbursement order. Mostly the repayment is visible on the overview within 6 weeks.

When you choose to pay via SOFORT Banking you will pay securely and directly by online bank transfer. It’s a method based on internet banking. In order to use SOFORT Banking you don’t need to create an account and you don’t need to register. After choosing SOFORT BANKING you are automatically led to the secure payment form. Select your bank and fill in your trusted data for internet banking. Finally, you confirm the transfer with a confirmation code. This payment method can be used by customers from Germany, Belgium, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Poland and Switzerland.

Bancontact/Mister Cash (only for Belgian bank account owners)

Bancontact/Mister Cash is the online payment system which has been developed by the joint banks in Belgium. The joint banks are Dexia, BNP Paribas, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank, VDK Spaarbank and Record Bank. It is an easy and safe payment method and is comparable with the iDEAL payment system in the Netherlands.

All Belgian customers of these participating banks who use online banking, are able to make use of Bancontact/Mister Cash. You can make your payments quickly and easily on the familiar online payment page of your own bank. This means that you can make payments in the way that you were already used to.

iDEAL (only for Dutch bank account owners)

With iDEAL, you can pay for your online purchases in a familiar, safe and easy way. iDEAL is the system that connects you directly to your own online banking program while making an online purchase. After the placement of your order, choose as payment method iDEAL. In order to use iDEAL, you don't have to register yourself, download any files or create an account. If you make use of online banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers, you can pay directly with iDEAL.

Bank Transfer within Europe

If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, you can easily transfer the money to us by tele - or online banking or with a transaction form, on the basis of the information that you receive in our payment information mail. You have to use our IBAN (BE81 7340 4328 2924) and BIC codes (KREDBEBB). Please always mention your order number in your bank transfer, otherwise we can't connect your payment to your order, which would cause a delay in the completion of your order. With this payment method, it can take up to 3 days before we receive your payment. We will ship your order immediately after we received your payment. You ought to have made your payment within 5 business days, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

When do I receive my refund with return shipments?

It might take 5 to 7 working days before your package reaches our warehouse. We will process the return shipment as soon as possible, at the latest 14 days after the return announcement. We wait with the repayment until we receive the product. If your return shipment has been accepted, you will receive your money (including the shipment costs if it concerns a mistake of KartalYuvasi.eu) back. The return shipment costs are for your own expense (unless it concerns a production error or a mistake of KartalYuvasi.eu).

Accepted returns will be refunded by the same method of payment you have used, unless you explicitly agreed with a different payment method. We will never charge any cost for the repayment. You will receive a confirmation mail from us once we have refunded the money.

• iDEAL payment: We will refund the money within five working days on your account.
• Credit card payment: The amount will be refunded on your credit card within five working days. The bank has subsequently 30 days to deposit the money back on your account.
• Pre-payment: within five working days, we will deposit the money back to your account.
